Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Char Wills Training Center (2 E Railroad Street, New Ringgold, PA)

Photos with Santa will take place on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Char Wills Training Center (2 E Railroad Street, New Ringgold, PA) starting at 11am. Due to COVID19, some changes will be in effect. There will be no physical exchange of paperwork or prints. All exchanges will be made via this form and the website. The scene changes every year and photos in advertisements may NOT be photos of the scene this year.
This event will be held indoors, rain or shine. Each session must be scheduled and paid for, prior to the event, using this form. Each session will be allotted 5 minutes (this is the normal amount of time given during Santa photos). All deposits are non-refundable. We ask that masks be worn (will be told when to take mask off if in photos) and social distancing guidelines be followed to make the event safe for everyone attending. ALL PETS MUST BE UP TO DATE ON RABIES VACCINE. All pets must be on a leash (or in a carrier) and will be walked to the scene via a designated staff member to and from their appointment. If your pet is not good with strangers, please keep your pet home. If you would like a family session we will accommodate your request by removing Santa from the session or distancing in the photo. Please understand that Santa has a very busy month ahead and we want to make sure that neither he nor Mrs. Claus become ill or spread anything to anyone else during this holiday season.
Make sure to bring Santa hats or any special holiday props that you would like in the photos. Each session includes digital download of all photos taken for your session. Due to COVID19, we are following CDC guidelines and there are some restrictions in place. There will be no 4x6 prints given on site and all paid sessions will be given information to download a digital copy of all of their photos. Special edits such as added snow is extra and will be done in post edit upon request. Prints, canvas prints, metal prints, books and cards are also available for purchase. NO PHOTOS OF THE SCENE OR DURING ANY SESSIONS.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: This session will take place at Char Wills Training Center, 2 E Railroad Street, New Ringgold, PA. Client is guaranteed up to 5 minutes of shooting time. Clients are to follow CDC guidelines and keep a 6 foot distance or wear a mask. All pets need to be leashed or in a carrier. Session includes (your choice) either 1 digital image or ALL of the digital images taken of your session with printing rights and online gallery. Additional purchase options are available.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER:  This event is indoors and will go on rain or shine.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Shawnna Hillegass. Images may not be altered for any reason unless done so by the Photographer.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

There will be NO prints done on location due to COVID19 restrictions. There are two options:

1 - Includes 1 high resolution digital image to be selected from website after event. This image will then be emailed to the email address provided on this form.

2 - Includes ALL high resolution digital images taken of your session. This option will allow you to directly download all of your images from the website gallery. 

Each option includes a digital image(s) of all of your photos taken at the event with printing rights, including holiday cards, canvas prints and photo products.

Additional print options are available to purchase after review of photos.
